How to handle multiple incidents in oracle service cloud at one go

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC)

I have a question for Oracle service cloud. Can we handle multiple service requests at one go ? then how? Please help here. We have a requirement for multiple incident handling by uploading the data in web form, where the customer normally submit the incident one by one. For each submission one incident is raised in OSC (Oracle Service Cloud). But they want to upload multiple incidents at one go now, keeping one as parent and others as child incident. Please help. thank you.
