EE Licence required for RMAN & OMS?

Dear All,

We currently have an all EE environment, but this is set to change, with a mix of EE & SE2 servers.  We had planned to migrate RMAN & OMS to SE2 - but it now seems as though RMAN requires an EE server, even though it does not require a licence (though the DR RMAN will...)

Dos anyone have any practical experience of implementing and licencing a SE2 + EE server mix with RMAN & OMS.

We were looking to give RMAN & OMS their own server...
