Peoplesoft - PDF Doesn't open on Smartphone

Hi Everyone,

I have a report that gets generated as a pdf file from an .rft template once you click on a link.

It works fine on a Desktop/laptop, but on smart phones, when you click on the link that generates the PDF report, it just says "saving page" and nothing happens after that or doesn't do anything all.
Is this not supported or is there a specific configuration related to small form factor devices that I have to set up somewhere?

Any help is greatly appriciated.
