PSADMIN - Is there any better way?

Newbie PS Admin here.
After coding for years and automating stuff, my roles and responsibilities have moved a little towards Administration and few of the day to day stuff that I do includes using the “psadmin.exe” utility. While using the utility I’ve noticed that there are lot of redundant task that I’m performing.
So, I was wondering, is there a better way to automate/handle these tasks?
I have researched a little and came across few solutions one of them is from @Kyle Benson using “psadmin-plus” which is good if we have single config home with multiple domains. I have multiple config home with multiple domains on single server. We currently use PIH, HRMS, FSCM and have multiple environments.
