EOEN Alert - Error opening query

We have EOEN Alerts enabled as data integrity checks for our end users.  We setup the query and verify it works successfully.  However, when we run the alert we are getting the message below.

  • Error in opening query UT_DI_DEFAULT_WORKGROUP (50,220)

We have run a trace and can't find the issue.  We have performed a search via App Designer and can't find it either'.  Does anyone have any ideas what we're missing?
