Do AP Payment and Voucher Post have to run in specifc order in PeopleSoft?

Do AP Payment and Voucher Post have to run in specifc order in PeopleSoft?  Currently payment post runs first and upon completion is immediately followed by voucher post.  Is there any issues running the processes in this order?
