German localization GDPdU tax report is missing

Our subsidiary in Germany need to extract TAX report based on GDPdU tax report requirements. This is a regulatory requirement. We have been looking at MyOracle support and found that this localization do exists on JDEdwards and Oracle e-business suite but not on Peoplesoft FSCM (see attached screenshot)

In attachment some requirements detailed by PWC and Deloitte.
