Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When a page is save it updated the existing row rather than inserting a new row

I am trying to create a New Fluid Page.

When I try to save the page, its updating the existing record rather than inserting a new row into the table.

please advise.
