comapreViewer.html is not displayed on IE 11 and chrome 7 for PT 8.54

Team,

I have done full DB compare between COP and DEMO on PT 8.54 and application HRMS 9.0

I see compare report is generated along with all the required files. Check screen shot below.

But when i open comapreViewer.html on IE 11 and chrome 7, I could not see any thing .

I followed the solution given in DOC (Doc ID 2293816.1) and (Doc ID 1909319.1) and enabling pop-up on IE. But no luck.

Can any one suggest  the solution.

or

whether PT 8.54 compare report is certified and visible on IE 11 and chrome 7 or not ?
