How do you implement the AP workcenter?

We just upgraded to 9.2 and want to use the workcenters.  When navigating to Enterprise>Workcenter/Dashboards>Configure pagelets  there are no results.  What step are we missing to see the delivered AP workcenter?  Thank you.
