Moving peoplesoft from windows 2012 to 2016

Hi, we are using peoplesoft 9.2 and tools 8.55 on windows 2012 server, now we have to move to windows 2016 serer. could you please help me approach and high level steps to consider or implement while moving to windows 2016 server?.
