Help with Conditional Navigation

I am hoping someone can give me a hand with implementing conditional navigation.

We are in the middle of a project to enable Fluid Navigation in Campus Solutions on 8.56.  At this time, we are not deploying any Fluid pages - just using Tiles built of Navigation collections to Classic pages.

One of the things we have noticed in the Student Center is that there are many "Go to" menus.  Students can select the Student Center from these "Go to" menus and it take them to the Classic Student Center.

I am trying to configure the Student Center content reference to redirect users to the Fluid landing page - that is, whenever a student selects a Student Center "Go to", I want them to go the Student Center Homepage I have configured.
