No confirmation is received when updating an identity - OIM 11gr2

Friends:

When using the autogestion console to update an identity. For example, the email sent the request but no confirmation of the change made in OIM 11gr2 (Firefox 62.0.2 (64-bit)) is received. However, when consulting from another browser (Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64 bits)) we note the change made to the identity.
Something similar happens when revoking the resource account (instance of the application) provisioned to the identity.

The tests were conducted from an internal network and internet obtaining the same result commented.

Any suggestions to solve this case.
