eBill Fluid Payment Setup for CC

We currently allow customers to pay via Credit Card in our eBill environment, but do not save CC information for the users. While trying to setup eBill Fluid we are having issues avoiding the CC profiles through the payment process. Is there a way in eBill Fluid to turn off the expectation of a Credit Card profile when paying via CC?
