out of service reboot

I have a Acme Packet 6300 SCZ8.0.0 Patch 4 (Build 204)

I apply the temporl licency, and needed reboot to the service start.

I send reboot to the standby sbc, and now the state is out of service

I change the redundancy time in active SBC, to 330000 ( before was in 270000), then reboot again the stand by , but the OOS continue

the wancoms are up, the active IP is reached, the temperature are ok in both sbc

I can't reboot or notify berpd force on active , why  the SBC is operative.

¿ any procedure to check?
