Piggyback state need to remove for 2018-1099

We are in PeopleSoft 9.2 with PUM22

Visited page -- Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Withholding > Report Control Information > Piggyback States/Numbers tab

There are two boxes on this page Piggyback states & State Tax ID Numbers

I have unchecked the Process check box for Vermont state however the State Tax ID Number for Vermont state still shows.

Any action required on State Tax ID number for vermont.
