How to migrate queries from iex_xml_queries to production?

We have modified a query in Collections Administrator -> Manage Queries and now would like to that be migrated to Production. Is there a standard process ie: generate any ldt or similar to migrate this query change via DBA or does it has to be done by functional person from the collections administrator responsibility only ?
