Custom fluid page no scroll bar and Page Overflowing

Hello,

I am creating a Custom Fluid Page.

The Page overflows and I cannot SCROLL IT.

The feilds go below the page and I cannot see them until I zoom out.

How can i Fix this ?

Please help.
