ChartField Combo Edit Build

Hi,

Please clarify do we need to run combo build process whenever new Account or Chartfield 3 is added to the combo rule.

There is any alternate way to include the new chart Field data in combo data table as the current setup in the system

combo rule has been defined with combo data table instead of master detail Data and validated by Anchor Field.

Note : The Tree already has the account and ChartField 3
