How to procure Windows VM in OCI

Team,

We want to install FSCM 9.0 + PT 8.54 on Oracle 12 DB.

Due to space issue, we are thinking of installing on Windows 12 server VM / Bare Metal in OCI ( oracle IaaS )

Can some share the process of procure Windows VM / bare metals in OCI.( oracle IaaS )

And, installation of FSCM 9.0 + PT 8.54 on Oracle 12 DB is CERTIFIED on Windows 12 server VM / Bare Metal in OCI ( oracle IaaS )or NOT ?
