wf_local_roles description(name) not refreshed

We are on EBS 12.2 and find that the wf_local_roles table is showing the maiden name of an employee in the 'description' field.  It is not getting refreshed to match the current People record name.  The wf_local_roles.orig_system = 'PER'.

I have run the Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation with Fix dangling users = Yes and then again with Add missing user/role assignments = Yes and this one entry had no change.  I also ran the Sync Responsibility role data into the WF table request, and no change occurred.

The user's wf_local_roles record has a start date of 3/26/2011 and active status with parent_orig_system = HZ_PARTY.  The employee had a name change on 05/06/2014.  Her maiden name is saved in wf_local_roles.description and we have some custom reports that display this field.
