Is the AD Bridge Certified to Work with AD instance in Oracle Cloud Infra?

As per oracle IDCS integration documentation

AD bridge is component for On Premise AD domain.

Is AD Bridge component supported for AD instance in Oracle Cloud Infra (AD deployed on machine in Oracle Cloud IaaS). If not What is the best mechanism for Identity Sync from AD installed on Cloud.
