Unable to make RTV for BOE applied receipts

Hi,

We try to make Return to vendor against BOE applied invoices.  But Receiving Transaction Processor completed with below error. Please let me know, how to make RTV against BOE applied receipt.

Error

APP-JA-460524: RTR /RTV is not allowed if BOE type of taxes exists on the Receipt-RTR /RTV is not allowed if BOE ty returne

Concurrent program RVCTP returned error
