Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to create anew Category type associated to Automatic Work Type?

We need create a Work Item to be close automatically after x days, but the unic options that we have now are Print, Fax or email.

Is is possible create a new one?
