Integration Gateway Framework: Unable to decrypt the password for server URL . (158,10209)

We have running our web server on Web Logic and we trying ping default node we are getting "Unable to decry pt the password". I have verified the node username/ password and keystore password, everything looks good.

Integration Gateway Framework: Unable to decrypt the password for server URL . (158,10209)"

We are getting this error only when we run the web server on WebLogic. We don't have any issues if we boot the webserver using PSADMIN tool. Please advise what are the necessary steps we have to take care on WebLogic to Integration  broker working.
