PTF Issues

We want to start using PTF. i had few challenges to get this going but finally it is working.

When i record a test, as a last step, i am clicking on Sign Out link. It is recording it, but i do i a playback, it "Fails" with message,

id=pthdr2logout not recognized

Message - "Object not found in the page, or the access is denied to the Frame"

Details - "Please check it the Type or the Recognition string are correct. TYPE: link, PROPERTIES; id=pthdr2logout, CURRENT TRAME: TargetContent

We are on 8.55.11 tools and FSCM 9.2.019

Any inputs will be very helpful.
