Do users recommend implementing Advanced Collections?

I'd like to hear from some users that implemented Oracle Advanced Collections to get their opinions.  Would you recommend a new implementation of Adv Coll?  We just added Oracle Trade Management (for Claims Processing) to our basic EBS suite that we've been on for years.  Once we get that stable, we want to add a Collections package.  What are the things you like best about it and what are the main dislikes?  Are those easy enough to work around?
