HCM 92 PUM 28 Install Error

Hello,

Has anyone run into errors with installing PUM 28 for HCM 92? I have tried installing via Virtualbox as well as Native OS. In both cases, the install fails at the Database setup step.

For the Virtualbox install, the log shows the following error -

  ERROR : PeopleSoft database admin password do not satisfy the criteria. -- first run

 

  ERROR : PeopleSoft database admin password cannot be empty. - second run

For the NativeOS install, the log shows the following error -

2018-12-07 15:52:27 -0500 Puppet (debug): Executing SQL command file: sqlplus.exe -S -L / as sysdba @D:/PSFT/db/oradata/CDBHCM/load.sql

2018-12-07 15:52:29 -0500 Puppet (debug): SQL command output: CREATE CONTROLFILE REUSE SET DATABASE "CDBHCM" RESETLOGS  NOARCHIVELOG
