nVision recurrence doesn't queue for one specific user in one environment
We have one user whose nVision recurrences (for both report requests and report books) will not queue the next occurrence in our production environment. The recurrences have queued in our test environment. The security is the same in both environments and no other users are having this issue in either environments. The user was able to successfully queue the next occurrence earlier in the month before he lost his access due to a job change. His access was re-established in both the production and test environments with the same security as he previously had. Does anyone know what could be
