Is there an AdminRole instead of System Administrator to view "Resource history" option in Identity

Hello,

I would like to know some possible answer to this "Is there an AdminRole instead of System Administrator to view (Resource history) option in Identity console -> user -> accounts?",

I mean, when I assign the SysAdmin Role to a testuser user, with this user go to identity (selfservice) console, users section, select x user, and view its accounts, right click in any account, I can go to "Resource history" option, which opens another window to view that, but I have tried other roles and can not see this option.

Maybe Do you know some role or configuration to make to view this option using an admin role diferent to SysAdmin, this is because the user who needs to view this info, should not have access to sysadmin console to make Admin task.
