1099 Patch

Hello,

While testing this year 1099 patch (2018) , we found that one of the process (AP_WTHDRPT) for withholding reporting is failing due to null value issue in the table "WTHD_RPT_TBL".

Looks like its related to 2015 1099 patch when two new columns were added to this table ( BOND_PREMIUM_TAXEX and FATCA_INDICATOR). There was some issue during the application of 2015 patch and the application engine (AP_WTHDRPT) was not updated.

So this Withholding Report process is failing since 2015 and never rectified.

To fix this can I apply both the 2015 and 2018 patch together ?
