How to configure approval workflow to go down approval hierarchy when rejected
Hello Guys,
In a four level approval hierarchy, when workflow process is rejected by the third or fourth level, a notification is sent to person who initiated the approval.
Instead the we want a situation where the fourth level rejects and it is sent to the third level to either make adjustment or reject also. And if the third level rejects it should go down to the second level and so on till it gets to the initiator.
How can this be configured for invoice and journal approvals?
