External Bank ID lookup not working on Enter Bank Statement Search page.

Hello All,

Currently we are user testing our QNA environment which was updated as part of our get current to Image 29.  The lookup for External Bank Id shows no values to pick from.  But, if you just click search, records do show to pick from(from the search view).  Why is this prompt table lookup not working? Search record BANK_STMT_PD_VW.  Field BNK_ID_NBR has a prompt table to a dynamic view.  When I run the SQL behind this dynamic view, rows are return.  Why aren't these rows on the lookup.  Please see attachment for details.
