OFI: TDS on GST Taxes

As per business requirement for one of the section we would like to apply & calculate TDS on total invoice value (Item Lines + GST Tax Lines). Currently the TDS is being derived/calculated only on the item lines and not on GST tax lines. We tried tick/untick 'Withholding tax applicable' in tax type but still TDS is being applied/derived only on item lines

Please let us know the usage of 'Withholding tax applicable' field and related setup involved to calculate TDS on full invoice value (including tax)
