IAM12C with Siebel ,OBIEE,EBS

Hi Experts ,

I have requirement to do SSO solution using IAM12C with AD as users identity for the Siebel IP 18,OBIEE 12C,EBS 12c all latest version .

I have completed to the installation IAM 12c

Questions

1.I have enable SMS OTP with OAM 12C . I have to Adaptive Authentication service Plugin and SOA 12C ums service which require SMPP Server.

Could you please check any other better solution for this.any best third party solution for this .please suggest

2.In order to AD TO OID TO EBS OBIEE SIEBEL .how can i develop sync profile for each product . do we have create the custom container .Please suggest some recommended approach for this .any documents or blog would appreciate
