Submit Request form - is personalization possible?

Need to make Default Value for the Operating Unit on Submit Request form  = NULL when running 'IEX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers' when running from the multi-unit responsibility. Is possible to personalize this form to make a needed Default value = NULL for OU? Does not seem it is possible... since the Personalize form is not editable for Submit Request ...
