1099M IRS file for 2018

I have tested the 2018 1099 update and two files are being generated for the IRS.  An IRS..._NEC.TXT and a IRS...NON-NEC.TXT file.  For prior years, the IRS filename requirement was IRS.txt.  We plan on filing all 1099's by Jan 31 and not box 7 forms first.  I'm assuming we will have to upload these files separately as IRS.txt?  Thanks.
