WF builder without Apps user

Hi,

Good day.

We want to secure our instance so no one can access the DB or other component means no one should have the apps password. However, there are many custom OAF pages, which need to be updated or migrated from development instance to production instance. Can we continue doing this (update or migrate) without using the apps password?
