Need the ability to customize the filters in Fluid Approvals

I don't see a thread for Enterprise Components, so I will put this in PeopleTools.

We are applying Financials PUM 29 and upgrading to PeopleTools 8.56.13. As part of this PUM upgrade, we are implementing Fluid Approvals, one major problem are users are having with fluid approvals is the fields that are delivered in the filter is not usable to them. They want to be able to filter documents by business unit. After logging an SR about how to customize the filters, we were told these filters are fixed and cannot be changed. I was told to log an enhancement request in MOSC.
