CSS rendering issue in OAM

Hi,

We had done a DB refresh from Production to Non-prod recently after the DB refresh we are facing issue in portal with css rendering  the css Content-Type  is loading as text/plain so the  UI is broken while accessing the application through IDM enabled URL.

We tried to do disable the protection on the OAM still the problem persists.

Can anyone help how i can disable the response header Content-Type in OAM.
