The mileage rates in iExpense for Canada

Anyone have idea about the below requirement.

We need to set up new mileage rates in iExpense for Canada (How we want the cumulative rules is work that the thresholds be applicable on a journey as defined on annual basis).

How we want the cumulative rules to work that the thresholds be applicable on a journey as defined on annual basis

Automobile allowance rates:

.55¢ per kilometre for the first 5,000 kilometres driven

.49¢ per kilometre driven after that

In the Nothwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut, there is an additional 0.04¢ per kilometre allowed for travel.

The distance is cumulative for the year. It needs to calculate cumulative kilometers, so it needs to be multiple trips that add up to 5000.
