Collections Dunning Request Status Report

The Output of the concurrent program IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers is a report 'Collections Dunning Request Status Report'. Users want to see the Organization/OU written on the parameters displayed on the top of the report - it would make their life easier and make sense since we are running it (IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers) by org. Questions:

1). Is it possible by changing settings/profiles?

2) Is there any patch for this functionality?

3) which package or xml template etc. runs this output/report?  /could not find among xml templates in ebs/

4) is it possible to customize?
