UPGCUST compare report settings in template

I'm running a Campus 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade, and at the "Running the New Release UPGCUST compare".  I was puzzled why the customer modified objects were not listed in the compare report, so I'm assuming the compare flag settings of "default" should have been expanded.  It appears that all of their modified objects are in the UPGCUST project (SRCSTATUS=4,TGTSTATUS=1).  The compare

options in the template were set to release relative to "Core 7.5.00.00" which also seemed odd - but I guess that would cover anything the customer might have touched since the birth of PIA.  The only other oddity I noticed was it appears that the database was not stamped when they went to 9.0, so that entry is missing from PSRELEASE. So the "question" is really confirming if there was a specific reason the flags were set that way.
