cron services didnt pick up

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello ,

We have enabled cron service , after which we added certain users cron.allow and removed them from cron.deny was edited  , but the changes were not picked up ,and cron jobs were not running  , server is solaris 5.8 ,so is it mandatory to restart cron service after cron.deny or cron.allow id modified
