How can I create a holistic view of all tasks in Close Manager in FCCS?

We created separate organization units for each department to track they close tasks. What's the best way to get a holistic view of all tasks across all organization units? I created a parent organization unit and know that I can embed templates from all departments. But is there a way to embed Schedules as well?
