How can I assign permissions to user so I can access the BI Publisher that comes with OIM 11gr2

Hi:

Good morning, can you suggest me how to assign permissions to user so I can access the BI Publisher. Currently, the security module of the BI used by Oracle Identity Manager 11gr2 is Oracle Fussion Middleware. Annex screen for more detail.
