Reference Excel Sheet of WebADI Got Error If Using Vlookup and Name

I found rare issue of WebADI in R12.2.7 so share it here. Take care that can get this issue If VLOOKUP in WebADI refers to the name that is range definition for 2nd argument of VLOOKUP in external excel sheet.

Symptoms

On "Microsoft Excel" dialog

Excel found unreadable content in "webADI.xlsm". Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, cliick yes

On "Repairs to 'WebADI.xls'" dialog

Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the unreadable content.
Repaired Records: External formula reference from /xl/externalLinks/externalLink1.xml part
