Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC)

1099 files of NEC and non NEC returned as Invalid combination of federal/state codes

We have applied Oracle 1099 patches for year 2018 and we are on PUM22. WE ran the 1099 job and generated the NEC & non NEC files.

The file sent to IRS test site (FIRE) and they returned saying BAD status with below description

"K" Record in your file does not have a valid Combination of Federal/State code.
