delivered ar deposit upload through excel is not working

We are using the delivered excel deposit upload file and we keep getting error "invalid user id and password"

We tried different options and verified that the permission lists have full access to weblib_ar . Also the xml copy function name is exactly same as the one in excel file.

Anyone else facing similar issue?
