Not able to configure PT8.54.22 database in CAof PT8.56.14

Hi Guys,

We are planning to move from PT8.54.22 to PT 8.56.14 , but when we are trying to create a database on CA of release PT8.56.14 , we are getting error of invalid user id and password .

Error: Fail to test User ID/Password. Invalid User ID and Password for Signon

Do anyone face this issue ? Or any idea on this ?
